Lita + G'Kar conversation, Changed?

I watched this when it first aired back in '93. When Lita and G'Kar had their conversation about a possible mating, They started off by G'kar activating some sort of "Privacy" force field,kind of a blue wall around their table.

They didn't use this again in series and I can understand that their budget may not have allowed for it. However it is no included on the DVD release. Did it get taken out for continuity reasons?

Did they do that and then drop it, or am I not remembering it right?

If they did have it at one time, are there any surviving copies/videos of the original version?

I understand this is a very late reply, but for those interested:

The scene mentioned above is in the season one set, at least the one available from iTunes.

There were original versions of the pilot available on VHS . I obtained one on , but unintentionally ordering the redone pilot first. But, after doing some looking found the original version on VHS too. The redone pilot has G'Kar on the cover, the original has only Babylon 5 on it, W/O G'Kar it.

I thought they took it out as it was silly.

I mean, it's one thing to have the bars be around them, but that flashy power up sequence was unnecessary and attracted attention.
