I`ve read that this film was severely chopped up before it`s release way back in `58. A lot of footage round up on the cutting room floor. In the missing footage Harry starts shooting at her with the revolver he is holding and Nancy retaliates by squeezing him. The ugly nurse exclaiming "Look! She`s crushing him!" is a reference to what is taking place in the missing footage.
