It's kind of scary, isn't it?

I love art films, I love the way they are odd and quirky, I love the way they keep us guessing, films that include fantasy and whimsical elements – especially the whimsical!

This film had all of the above going for it, so I can't say I didn't like it. BUT! It also had the element of creepiness sporadically placed throughout. Especially near the end… I was completely creeped out! What I mean is, it almost reaches horror movie levels in the way it scares a person. I surely I can't be the only one.

Who else thinks this movie is (intentionally or not) quite creepy? If it weren't for that and the frequent cussing, I would say that I adored the film. But I could certainly do without the creepiness and the cussing.
