I've seen this wonderful TV movie only today, and if you take all the things shown as facts in the movie, it is just amazing, 'cause you find out that Ronald Regan in first place, the CDC, the health department and the blood bank were all murderers, they have murdered thousands of people, by giving them AIDS!
This is outrageous! Can anyone please tell me if this movie made any reverberations, at least after he was first shown?

Sadly, you'll find most of it is documented fact. Reagan, chief among many, refused to acknowledge the AIDS crisis, compromising the health (and ensuring the death) of vast numbers of Americans.

If you recalled a scene in the movie where someone said 'where do our patients turn to when the doctors become business men?', and all the complains during that meeting when Don stood up and asked 'How much is more profitable to save lives then to kill them?', then that bastard Robert Gallow, he cared about gaining credit for discovering AIDS.

It was all about money, credit and fame for the discovery of AIDS.

I don't blame the people who used illegal drugs and pass the disease through sharing needles or having unprotected sex.

Regan as our commmander and chief at the time had a duty to help our know more and send the word out on AIDS and the threat that it is to anyone (not just homosexuals). But he chose to remain in silent or pretend he has never heard of it or just completely avoid the subject when it was brought up. By the time he finally spoke about it, more lives were lost and more lives were infected by AIDS then ever before. Great leader, great actor...BIG *beep*

I know that Mrs. Regan informed Ron about the epidemic and his reply was 'He who lives in sin shall die in sin' even his kids commented (negatively if I may add) that he showed less compassion to American citizens who were dying from AIDS.

It isn't just Regan that is on my *beep* list, according to this info I got from Wikipedia, both Bush SR and JR are in it.

He retired from the U.S. Public Health Service in 1992, after 21 years of service. According to him, the White House (then under the administration of George H.W. Oh don't worry, I don't trust politians, fact is I don't like them. I voted for Obama because I didn't want another eight years of Republican rule and have Sarah Palin as VP.
