I love to see bad guys get what they deserve. So long as it isnt me.

You heard wrong. This movie is very very good.

reply

Why not watch it and find out?

I thought it was a very good film.

In my opinion, it sucked. Of course I watched it 17 years after it was released so maybe it was just dated. I thought the acting was *beep* though, and it would seem that Hollywood agreed as none of the main 3 actors went on to do anything at all. Mira Sorvino is the only person in it that anybody would have heard of.

A 12 year old Ben Linus gave me a chicken salad sandwich. How do you think I am doing?

It's pretty horrible. Don't listen to the positive reviews on this and other sites. The writer/director is a well-known egomaniac who, along with his friends, are fake-posting on several sites to try and up the scores of this film.

It's not only a badly written film, but the production was a nightmare for some of us involved.

reply

I'd rate it about a 6 out of 10.

The character development falls short and the movie feels too much like a poor man's Goodfellas since it utilizes the same themes and plot devices. I think if the film maker focused more on the irony of these decently raised kids doing "bad things" in an effort to grow up that would have been a more intriguing angle.

In my opinion, this was a really bad Scorsese wannabe. Badly written and without Scorsese's amazing visual style. I say miss it.
