Who do you blame?

Got to watch this movie for the first time on cable last night and I'm not sure who is more deserving of banishment from Hollywood - the writer or the editor. This movie truely stunk. Looked like they took the most outlandish plots from kids & karate movie and threw them in a mixer then added a cute puppy for extra kids appeal.
