Anyone read the Lupoff short story it's based on?

Looks like I'm going to have to find the original story by Lupoff ILL. Seems the book is OOP that has it "Before...12:01...and After"

There's another that looks interesting: "The Book Of Time: The Time Machine, Nebogipfel at the End of Time, The Grey Man, The Chronic Argonauts, 12:01 P.M., 12:02 P.M." It has some HG Wells shorts as well as Lupoff.
