If so, then what was the satan going after in this entire city?
Assuming your talking about the "Children Of Halloween" Episode. The satan and his group probably stalked places where children routinely went... Even suburban neighborhoods. Sacrificing kids in the name of the devil. BTW There are people out there that truly believe in satanic rituals. This episode is not as unrealistic as some people might think.
