old white lady, 50ish black man singing duo?

Does anyone remember a Clip of the Week that aired in the year 2000 that featured a really weird pair of street performers with a synthesizer who sang raunchy songs? The old lady was on the keyboards, and the man was in a speedo and an SM-type collar around his neck.

They sang a song called "My Vagina" that was so hilariously bad that it was selected for the week, soi I saw it twice. This was during a time when they were between permanent hosts, so they had a guest host every day. The first time it aired, Taylor Negron was hosting; then on Friday it was Jennifer Love Hewitt.

They also were on Roseanne Barr's short-lived talk show and were a hoot.
