Kira vs Mareel fight.

Anybody else happy Kira got a beating from Mareel. And Kira got the first punch in. But after than Mareel destroyed Kira. After than Kira wanted no part of Mareel.

Why I'm I lucky that you watch that one. Love how Mareel told Kira after the fight. You all right, Kira was hurt and said I'll live. Mareel don't try that again. She let Kira know who was the boss.

I just looked up the trivia from that episode, it's Terry Farrell favorite episode and Armin Shimerman doesn't like it all. I'm some where in the middle, leaning more towards Armin's opinion. Not one of my favorite DS9 episode.
On the flip side, the actress who played Mareel, Megan Gallagher is very underrated. I've been a fan of hers since her Hill Street Blues days.

I loved Mareel, she was a bad @$$. Took know s--t and let Kira know who was boss.

That was the one and only time Kira got her ass handed to her.

In all fairness, Mareel was the only woman she actually fought.

Every other person she fought was a guy and they didn't stand a chance against her.

Yes that was the only time Kira got her A$$ kicked and by a female. Every time Kira fights a man she wins but Mareel beats the living S--t out of her. I don't get it. It looked like Mareel had martial arts skills with the combinations to Kira. Would love to seen a rematch with the two.

If Kira ever lost to a man, it would have been "sexist," and "promoting violence against women" and all that other BS.

Warp travel, transporters, replicators etc R more realistic compared 2 her fighting skill, tng wasn't really like that.
