Enerjak/Dimitri: Brock Peters (I know he's dead, but I've been using his Dark Kat voice from SWAT Kats since I was a kid.
Mammoth Mogul: David Kaye (I imagine him sounding like Megatron in Beast Wars)
Julie-Su: Venus Terzo (Her Blackarachnia voice, also from Beast Wars)
Elias: Ian James Corlett (Beast Wars again, this time Cheetor)
