rather odd music-Photon Bullet

There was a song that plays twice in background in this episode. Once, just before the end credits. It is hilariously ghastly. Enough so, that i want to know who it is by. I can't find any episode guides that list featured songs.

Anyone know where i might find this? Or, by some miracle, know who it is?
