I'm so frustrated
I LOVE this book and I LOVE Ewan McGregor. I keep having dreams about this because I REALLY want to see this. I wish it was on DVD.
i wish the ring had never come to me.
Keep checking ebay. It took a long time, but I eventually found a copy of this at a very reasonable price.
If you loved the book than you will love this mini series.

shareI was pleasantly surprised by the copy I bought on ebay. The quality was good and it came in a regular DVD case with a cover. It looks and plays like all my other DVD's. If it's a burned at home job, then it was very well done.

It was in very good conditioned and it also came in a DVD case w/ cover. I absoulutley loved it! Thanks to all who replied.
It was so wonderful, now I can enjoy both a movie (well really TV) edition and of course, the book.

It's obviously not for rent in 'Block Buster' ;P but the link that was given ind 2nd reply seems to me a little unclear. Is it not for sale anymore? Or is it? I'm from Denmark and not the best 14 years old english speaker, so could someone PLEASE just tell me if it's for sale anywhere on the internet, becuase it would be a bit problematic to travel to USA or England just to buy a movie that I really haven't even watched.

It is possible to send it to Denmark and the rest of the world, in fact. I can't remember how though, you have to type in somewhere where you want it send to and then you're all set. ebay's worldwide so it doesn't make sense if the sellers aren't able sending it to Denmark.
