I think in fairness to the show............... .

With SBTB being such a hit i think everyone wanted the show to go on and so the most realistic thing would have been to follow them to college, however for many people your high school memories far over shadow your college memories so the show was never going to reach the same heights as SBTB. Even so had they not attempted The College Years all of us fans would of wondered what might have been?

As it turned out the show failed!
