-Rocko screaming at the bird to SHAAADDDDUUUUUP!
-The entire storyboard scene of Wacky Delly (OR CHEEEEEEESE). Then the random explosions during the pilot
-Heffer's face when he realizes that he has a talent for belching. I love his eyes
-Heffer's eyes shrinking down later in that same episode when he's crying, then that angry look at George Wolfe. The sound effect of his eyes shrinking is funny
-Heffer's huge grin when dead Turdy is on the record as it spins around
-The Hippo Lady's epic laugh during the Ding dong ditch episode. Also Rocko's O_o face when she first rings his doorbell right after he gets home
-The entire Camera Shy episode
-The entire Fortune Cookie episode, mainly for the facial expressions and sound effects. Me and my dad (yes my dad) die laughing at when he keeps seeing black cats
-Heffer sitting on the chair in the Seat to Stardom episode. The freight train sound effects ... 'nuff said
Mr. Bighead's epic face when he first puts on the clown nose and squeezes it
-The entire audience at the O-town Opera swaying to the music at the same time. lol. (The Sailing the Seven ZZZZs episode)
The potato chip scene (and the epic light bulb scene) in the Put to Pasture episode. I love the sound effects and facial expressions, especially Filburt when he realizes that Heffer wants the chips, he's all >____>

But the best one has to be when Rocko starts to go insane during the road trip to Phlegm Rock because of the disco bagpipe tape stuck in the tape deck. I can just imagine what that would be like in real life. Then later when the rock is razed and immediately replaced by a Chokey Chicken

I don't know about cry laughing, but the scene in the movie theater one where a little kid puts Rocko's eye in his mouth and the mother is yelling at him, "take that out of your mouth right now, young man, you don't know where that's been!"...that's just the perfect example of the kind of incisive satire that makes this show unforgettable.

Or the 20+ year old "kid" who is still looking for "Mommy's" car in the parking garage...and then we see his elderly mother asking if he's found the car yet on the top level.

Never thought about that, in the movie theater episode.

Just thought of another one, the crazy bus driver. And in the Day of the Flecko episode, right when Rocko goes to sleep, Heffer bangs on the door and he has all the camping gear and says "Ready to go campin?" and Rocko slams the door in his face.

and the race to the hospital trying to beat the stork. Filburt going "MOVE OVER, GRANDMA I'M TAKIN OVER!" then Heffer's epic face. "WE'RE GONNA BEAT YOU MR. STORK!" And of course "My butch ain't sleepin' in no BIRD."

Ohhh, there are so many, one of my favorites was when Rocko was with Heffer's Mom and she stops the car on the tracks. Rocko's like: "What're you crazy?! Don't stop on the tracks!!" & she's like: "Rocko, I'm not moving until you say 'Please.' & there's a train coming. He looks over and says: "Mrs. Wolfe, Plea--" and the train comes back in hits them, that was one of the many scenes that made seriously LMAO, I was in tears laughing at that episode

there are so many cry laughing momemts.

I think my overall top favorite scene is that bus driver from i see paris i see france. when he holds up that painting of fruit and his insane expressions

Judge in the episode with Flecko: "...and Rocko the....dancing bear...."

"yeah rocko! YEAH Rocko!! YEAH ROCKO!!!"

That bird right before Rocko yells "SHUDDUP!!!".

*Normal chirping* then goes full blast "CHOIP CHOIP CHOIP!" LMFAO!

The episode where Rocko and Hefer are going to the mall with Rocko new credit card and can't find a parking space. Then the older guy that couldn't find his mom and then you see that his mom is all old and she was looking for him.
