The Mexicans Roping

I think Lonesome Dove is the greatest western movie made. The only other movie to come close to undertanding real cowboys was The Rounders with Henry Fonda and Glenn Ford.

That being said, I always thought Return to Lonesome Dove was a poor sequel.
Too contrived, too slick. The only reason I keep watching this is the scene where the Mexicans are roping the horses. That's bad ass. I could just re-watch that all day.
