They filmed this show in Mississauga, primarily by Erin Mills, so I'm guessing they used a school around there. In a couple episodes when Busy and Amanda were outside the school, it said Cornelius Public School (or Middle School, i forget) I'm not sure if that's the real name of the school, but its my best bet!

The exterior shots of their high school, at least, were filmed at Oakville Trafalgar High School in Oakville. I live(d) in Oakville and even though I didn't go to OT, I have a lot of friends that did so I've been there many times and I'm sure that's the place (btw "OTHS" is written on the basketballs in one episode too).

I remember they filmed the first two seasons in Scarborough. I remember going to school and seeing them film the show. One of my friends asked Amanda (Laura Bertman) for her autograph. They filmed the first seasons near Morrish Public School. Especially, the episode when Troy liked busy and he started taking pictures of her in the playground, that was the school.

In the 1993-1994 episodes, I remember the house where the filmed Busy and her family. It was the first house they lived in before going to Mississauga. The house was in walking distance to the school. They even did one scene at Morningside Mall with Busy and Amanda. At the time, I thought it was pretty cool that they were filming a show in my area. Everyone at my school would talk about it all the time.

I think from 1995 and up they filmed it in Mississauga, because I noticed that they stopped filming in my area. I guess they wanted to relocate.
