Stargazey pie

As an American vegetarian, I have to say I wouldn't eat much of Henry's food, except maybe some of the mashed potatoes which sound great. That stargazey pie looked so awful that I was sure the diners would hate it, but apparently, they liked it. I know Henry wasn't too fond of it, but do Brits routinely eat something like that pie which had fish heads pointing up out of it? Anyway, I love the series and feel that it ended too soon. I haven't watched the last episode yet, but hope Henry finally tells Fisher to go to blazes.

Of course not. It's an old thing. I've never even seen one in real life.

I made Stargazey pie About ten years ago but had to remove the heads fast after a quick presentation. Never made it again though.
