I watched that scene, listened to the ending a few times and could only manage to decipher the following lyrics: "..when I don't know where to turn, I can believe / You'll be there for me, unconditionally".
However, Google does not come up with any song with those lyrics in them so I don't know what the name of the song or artist is. I'm perplexed and somewhat annoyed to be honest, it must be possible to find out what the song was. I feel like emailing the production company!
