what happened to hannah

Hannah died in Calgary, she went to live with her dad Louis. When Michelle came to visit Louis confessed that Hannah had gone missing a day earlier. Over the course of two episodes they searched Calgary for her, in a lot of seedy bad places. It turns out that she was at a party at a nearby reserve with her boyfriend. They got in a fight and she decided to walk (a long distance) to the nearest public transit. she fell into a river and died.

A few years after she left the show the young actress who played Hannah died when she was hit by a car in downtown Vancouver.
