What does this mean??

Not sure quiet honestly I don't remember that line what season and episode is it from, and I haven't seen any episodes from seasons 4-6 in a very long time

It was early in the first season. Fran kept screaming for the kids to come downstairs for school. Then CC came over and she screamed "MISTAH SHEFFIELD, MISS BABCOCK'S HERE!!!!!" It was the Here Comes the Brood episode.
