Am I only one who thinks the women on Living Single are much like the women on The Golden Girls?

Khadijah= Dorothy...the most rational, laidback one

Sinclair= Rose... naive, cheery, bubbly, upbeat

Maxine = Sophia ...sarcastic and always making wise cracking jokes

Regine = Blanche.....vain, self centered, man hungry, likes to put others down

I also kinda see that in other shows like My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Khadijah = Dorothy = Twilight Sparkle

Sinclair = Rose = Pinkie Pie

Maxine = Sophia = Rainbow Dash

Regine = Blanche = Rarity

I agree for the most part. But I see Maxine as being more like Blanche - the man-crazy one who likes putting others down. And by "others," I mean Kyle and Regine.

Yeah you can make these comparisons to pretty much all shows back then and before that were about women: Designing Women, Sex and the City, Girlfriends, etc
