The show is racist and should have more diversity

Why can't an African American show feature African Americans/blacks?? There was an Asian. Remember she was Regines boss. Kadijah and Regine did an add for her. Besides the world wasn't ready for transgenders at the time. Black shows are always expected to intergrate everyone else. I watched many of "white" shows with no or minimal black people and no transgenders (Friends, Seinfeld,How I met your Mother)
