Another who was that stand-up comic thread

In late 2006 or early 2007 a comic appeared on this show. He did a bit about how depraved Uday Hussein was and how sometimes you need to "let out your inner Uday."

I know it was a few years ago, but I've always remembered that bit and am interested in seeing more of his stuff. So, does anyone here know?
