I must have been about 10 years old when I watched Key West on TV. I don't remember much other than the main character struck it rich, moved to the island, lost all his money to the IRS, a heavyset blind, black man laughs at his misfortune and a woman was asked by an old dead guy to have his kid using his frozen sperm. I never did find out if she decided to go through with the pregnancy or not.

You would/will be quite surprised as to the number of people that remember the one season TV show Key West on early, early Fox Network in 1993, 13 episodes. A large number of fans show up here. The blind man was also the Key West Meteor newspaper editor. The main character, Shamus O'Neil, discovers why he was given Bertram Stoddard's ashes and talks Savannah out of having the baby. Get a DVD set of the shows and kick back and relive the whole season. As I have, you will watch the shows over and over again.
