Where can you see this on streaming?

I just saw on tv a part one law and order episode called Baby its you and found out that part 2 is from season 6 Homicide Life on the street. I could not find anywhere NBC App, Hulu, Netflix where this series is available. Does anyone know where the series is available to view? I really want to see the conclusion of the episode and also checkout more of this series. I find it surprising it's not readily available since the law and orders are on multiple sites.
