1.)First off there were in fact 3 Quentins. I just saw the very first episode yesterday and they had a different boy playing Quentin. He wore glasses with tape in the middle, I guess he was supposed to turn out to be the nerdy child, rather than the "trouble-maker".
2.) Second of all, I noticed that in later episodes (sorry but I have no clue as to what episodes are in what season or what they are called) where Grace has the very short hair cut. Where she meets Wade's demolition friend who comes to be with him during his divorce. That in quite a few of the epiosdes during this time, she talks as if her nose is extremely stuffed up. Now someone may say she had a cold, but for a whole season? Come one now, noone has a cold for a whole season. Allergies? Maybe. I don't know much about her as a person, and love the show but I do think I recall hearing that she had a drug problem. So maybe Grace was doing a little coke or something?

It was common knowledge that Brett Butler was on coke the last two seasons and that coupled with her erratic behavior led to the show being canceled. It was kinda sad it was actually a good show that showed the struggles of a single mom.

Did anyone else notice that the last season had an episode that is similar to Brokeback Mountian involving the Granddad?

Oooooh, I didn't know for a fact that she had a coke problem. I thought it was a great show! I loved the show and her in it.....

I looked her up on Wikipedia.com and it said she actually had a bad prescription drug problem not coke. I miss her. Brett & Roseanne represented the last of the old positive working-class/liberal sitcoms. (Alice, Goodtimes etc)

Unfortunatly Roseanne is no longer funny and has let her money get in the way.(plus she's a republican now)

I loved the pre-lottery episodes of Roseanne! Ppl say that Grace Under fire went down hill after her "adopted son" came around. but i still liked her. Every movie i have seen with roseanne in it, BIT IT BIG TIME, but i loved her in the show lol

This is not true, she was addicted to pain medication.Not coke.

Both shows were great they were disfunctional but not abusive. Shows today seem to be more abusive. Both families despite their faults really loved each other. Now it seems that most shows portray families as hateful or extemly spiteful.

BTW.....Did anyone else se that episode of GUF that I mentioned above. I think it was called "Don't ask don't tell".

It's now on a new channel called Laff-TV :-)

BTW, after watching the re-runs for a while, I sorta get tired of her constant one-liners at times, but that's what the writers gave her per her character, so....

You're gonna need a bigger boat.

Yes. Emmett used the excuse of going fishing to meet up with his man friend and Grace and Rick saw them at a gay bar.
