Frasier utterly destroyed a man's life in "The Focus Group"

All because the man didnt like his show. And for some reason Frasier just couldn't deal with that. And Fraiser was never punished for causing the destruction of the poor man's business and he never suffered any consequences for his heinous actions. I always hated that. Because it wasn't funny at all. Many things that happened on this show in it's eleven seasons made me laugh, but when Fraiser did that, they showed what kind of terrible person he really could be. But the story of the focus group man did not end there. He eventually moved to San Francisco, became an advisor to the city's private investigators, and developed a rather severe and disturbing case of OCD. Heh.

Yes, this episode is pretty "Seinfeld"-ian in nature.

Usually, when the characters did something bad, they'd get their comeuppance.
Frasier was obviously out of line there, but he's also portrayed as being deeply insecure, which is one trait of his that remains consistent throughout the series.

He is constantly giving counseling when he himself needs more counseling than all of his patients combined.

Most episodes I can't stand Frasier's character but love everyone else on it.
