Just means you're in worse danger than the US. Canada will be in far more trouble far sooner once we reach the point of no return. All of the melting ice in Canada and farthur north will wind up poisoning your water sources due to lots of different types of contaminants and dangerous minerals being pushed up to the surface. This isn't a US problem, its a global threat to mankind and nearly all life on earth.

Years ago, movies like this were touted as being nothing more than sensationalism...but now we all see very differently, don't we? Something has to be done within the next 5 years or we'll never see snowfall again.

We have already reached the point to where it'l get worse before it gets better. The temperature of the earth has increased, which makes it more difficult for clouds to form as they naturally do...now they form in big clusters all at once, hence the alarming number of storm systems over the past 15 years versus the previous 150. If we were to suddenly stop pumping so much smog into the atmosphere, the majority of our "cloud" coverage would disappear, making the planet even hotter until it stabilizes.

Don't get me wrong, the planet will be fine...but humanity will NEVER be the same. What good is a car with gas when theres almost no potable water?

We always have wildfires. The New Orleans flood was in 2005, and the hurricane season has been pretty much nil on the east coast in 2006. It's all a bunch of baloney. The "inconvenient truth" is that there is no global warming.
