Change in music style

Begining with Season 6 I noticed the theme music changed. (I prefer the original version) Ive also noticed from Season 6 on that the background music is quite a different syle for many "epis" - yet the same musical directors are used. Does anybody know why this is. I hate to say this, but for the final season (8), the background music for most epis is awful. Its cheesy, with an old school, soap opera-like sound,
Which is I find to be loud & distracting. Ive noticed here on IMDb that about 70% of the info is missing for most of the 22 epis for both Season 7 & 8. So, does
anyone here know WHY the show's
creators/producers decided to
change the music style for what would be the final 2 Seasons? Thanks!

I am watching season 7 on MeTV and I noticed the whole feel of the show changed. Big multi part episodes that were bizarre, more glitz and less grit... seemed way too relaxed.
I like Jesse but his personal life became a distraction from the plot... sometimes Amanda was the feature, but she is so cute i guess I don't mind.
