Censored episode Fatal Impact part 1

In Fatal Impact part 1 the FBI officer was talking about the explosions he saw such as Oklahoma, Texas one part was blanked out , I wondered if there was a way to find out what he said such as transcripts.

Hmmm, interesting. I found the episode on Youtube. I think the scene you mean is about 20 minutes in, when the FBI agent is talking to Dr. Bentley. They're discussing how difficult it is to speak to relatives of victims. She says, it sounds like you have experience, and he replies "More than I ever wanted. Oklahoma City... Montana... the Republican Texas mess.... You never get used to it."

There's no closed-captioning on youtube, but I swear that's what the guy says. I assume that's why the line was censored or deleted out for network television--it seems to equate "republican" with explosions and/or disasters.  I can't imagine why that line would be in there to begin with; my assumption would be that the reference is for an event similar to Waco. We all know about Oklahoma City (1995), and Montana would be Ruby Ridge (1992), and since Waco occurred in 1993.... it would make sense that those would be references for this episode.

But still... Republican Texas?? 
