what did she die of exactly? they had her mom in the hospital telling her she'll be okay and then she just kind of passed out...

she was alive and kicking when fitz met her.

i would guess maybe liver failure or something.

Like why they couldn't do a DNA test to prove that Kenneth was the father of Joanne's unborn child.

the downer for me was it must have appeared in episode 3 of the big crunch was that cracker's whole motivation for getting confessions was his double or quits bet with the DI!

and the 3 police guys in the bar laughing at him forgetting a girl had died

the big crunch was rivetting to watch but holes begin to appear the more u watch it

Joann's mom said you're going to be okay, because that's what you say to people in the hospital. It was a hope, not a certainty.
