How young were you when you first watched it?

i was around 8...first saw it back in 1993

My dad watched it when I was very little. I was 13-14 when I watched it on my own for the first time and thought it was the dumbest thing ever. Then my dad started showing it to me on occasion and it grew on me.

To the OP-good for you dude. I can very much relate to what you're saying about being old school relative to your age. I was born in '81 and remember/love 80s stuff way better than many of my peers. In my case it was having youthful parents and babysitters/family friends who got me into the pop culture. I like the 90s too, but its the more retro edgy 90s stuff that's not really around anymore. I couldn't relate to most of the crap my friends liked 10 years ago either.

I'd known about B&B for years but somehow never watched it, yet I saw the movie in the Summer of 1996 and loved it. After that I always watched the reruns on MTV and the old school VHS collections that came out in the late 90s. It seems like they've been toned down a little more all the time.

I love that they're back, and the skits are ALMOST as good as the classic shows, but I hope they return to being a little edgier and more into heavier rock music, etc. As the season went on, it seemed to get more like vintage B+B. I actually don't mind them doing Jersey Shore skits AS LONG as they rip on it like they would have in the old days.

I was 15 when it first aired to me it's just a staple of the 90's such a great decade I miss the 90's lol.

I'm also born in '92 and honestly, I never saw this show until the return last year. When I was a kid I watched a lot of cartoons from before my time but I don't ever recall seeing B&B on reruns so I never got to see it. The reason the show never went to reruns or syndication past the 90s was because MTV didn't obtain the necessary music video rights. That ended up keeping a whole generation from being exposed to Beavis and Butthead.

Born in '89, and sometime between 3 and 4 years old I started watching it with my Dad. I remember watching the movie on PPV back in '97 over summer break between 2nd and 3rd grade... Good times :P

I was the same age as B&B themselves, 15. Besides music videos, B&B were the only thing I ever watched on Mtv. When they quit showing videos and B&B, I quit watching Mtv. That is until the new episodes of B&B. Now I keep hoping for another season.
