Beavis is working at BW, handling the raw hamburger meat (I said meat). He has a little problem though: an unmentionable area itches. Whilst handling the raw meat, Beavis continously plunges his left hand down his pants to scratch his itch. Later on, everyone who eats the result hamburgers gets sick as a dog.

Does this ring a bell?

The episode you're referring to is "Tainted Meat". It's on the Mike Judge Collection Volume 1. The sound Beavis makes when he scratches his nads is like nails on chalkboard.
