I hate Reddit. The design and usage is terrible.

At the risk of being self-serving, I'd suggest http://jmsnews.com/forums/. Yes, it's a bit of a pain to join because you have to post an introduction and then wait for your account to be upgraded. BUT in return you get a small community of engaged fans with no spam (thanks to the introduction process) and best of all, NO advertisements. (Full disclosure: I'm the moderator over there).

Fans of any of JMS' projects are welcome!

their discussion forums for all shows and movies.
