What exactly happened in that episode? I cannot ever keep track of titles of each ep.

Chucky Lee brings home a boa constrictor.
Brian has a business dinner with Sir Reginald Herrington, a businessman who could double Brian's sales. His date cancels on him, so Millicent fills in as Brian's date. Cue the sexual tension.
Herrington's hands meet Millicent's butt. Millicent stabs Herrington with a fork. Date over. No deal. Brian mad.
Meanwhile, Dorothy Jane in charge of the house. Molly throws a party. Dorothy Jane objects, but is distracted for a few hours when Molly throws a football player in front of her. DJ realizes it's late, tries to throw everyone out, but no one leaves. Chucky Lee yells that his snake is missing. Teenagers stampede out of the house.
Later, Millicent and Brian return home, still mad. Both go to make warm milk, and Millicent tells him about Herringtion's grabbing her butt. Brian gets mad at Herrington, becomes protective of Millicent, and there's another sexual tension. Then the boa constrictor shows up.
