Anyone know the name of the theme tune and who sang it?

Agence Acapulco: I Feel Heat

Do you know if the theme is available on it's own, without the show? I mean the FIRST theme of the show, of course -- it was great, and was probably "Agence Acapulco: I Feel Heat". But the second theme song was AWFUL!
Also -- do you know who wrote the first theme song? Thanks!!!!!!
