I recall a flashback where Patsy is living clean and jogs over to Eddys and as soon as she gets there, Eddy gives her champagne and a cigarette and Patsy says relived, "Oh Eddy".
What season and episode is this from?

It's from Season 2 'Birth' where Saffy is in Eddy's room (after Patsy set fire to the Kitchen) and Eddy refers to a time when Patsy stopped drinking. She makes a reference that it was a failure, however you can see (from the flashback) that Patsy had genuinely got over alcohol until Eddy shoves a glass in her hand and sticks a cigarette in her mouth.

You can tell by Eddy's expression when Patsy happily enters the house and recalls the beautiful day that Eddy is not happy with Patsy's change of habits and comes in with the champagne and cigarette. She wanted Patsy to go back and be the way she was.
