I just recently read an article where Jennifer Saunders has said that she is done with the series as of 2016. I have to say that this is very upsetting news. The series has still a lot to offer and many stories that hasn't yet been done. 39 episodes are just not enough and a sixth season would be great. A sequel to the movie has also been cancelled, not that its really important to do another movie, as much as I liked it (apart from the house, which I didn't really like), its the show that really matters. I understand that Jennifer wants to spend more time with her family but somewhere down that line maybe do a new season or a proper finale if she really wants to finish it this time. How many times has the show actually ended? After season 3, then after The Last Shout and then again after White Box.

If the show is over, it would be great if a 25th Anniversary box set, including the movie was released.

What are your thoughts on this? Should the show finish like this, or if Jennifer is serious about this, would you like to see an official ending to the series with closes the show for good?

These ladies are timeless. They should remain that way.

I don't want to see 80 year old ladies with their boobs down to their knees doing drugs.

I think I have to agree with you on that. I like to remember how nice Jennifer looked in the earlier seasons (until season 4 anyway). I wouldn't like to see them in the next 10 years still acting like this.
