DVD Box Set Details

I didn't notice a thread covering this topic. If there is one, "sorry". I'm hoping some fans out there that have the box sets can shed some light on questions others may have that want to choose one of them.

The version I'm most interested in acquiring is the U.K. region 2 release ("Absolutely Everything DEFINITIVE EDITION") that came out in 2016 with the purple cover. But I have many questions that I can't seem to find online about it.

Is the original "Wheel's On Fire" theme song intact in the opening/closing credits (unlike the U.S. release)?

Is the episode "Gay/New York" in full screen or widescreen, and does it have English subtitles like the other episodes?

Are the outtakes for "The Last Shout" still intact anywhere?

In the "Death" episode, is Madonna's "Like A Prayer" song reference/singing still intact?

Are any features missing from this set that are in the most current U.S. box set release?

The inconsistencies are annoying as hell. I only want ONE box set, so I'm weighing my options carefully.

Thanks in advance to those who help.

A little late, but I just got this yesterday. "Wheel's On Fire" proper is not on the episode opens I watched.

I do have to warn/prepare you for the biggest disappointment: I used to own and watched many times a collection of the first three seasons and another of the "The Last Shout", and the transfers of these episodes is totally different. Gone is that glassy clarity of video transfer; now they have a fuzzy film quality which is especially noticeable/annoying during the credits. Not being a techxpert, I can't explain how or why it was done like this, but it is initially disappointing. I will grow to get used to it, especially since it is convenient to have what looks to be absolutely everything.

Oh, and there is a musical bit with a singer singing "The First Cut is the Deepest", which is not in the version of "The Last Shout" I used to own, so maybe there are some attempts to restore licensed material in other episodes.

Cheers!!
