Nobody knows anything?

According to self-appointed screenwriting authority William Goldman "nobody [in the movie business] knows anything" (ah, what insight ). Well, I'm sure most people would have known that a fantasy-free adventure film revolving around nothing more exciting than the pursuit of a bottle of wine and 'starring' c-listers Tim Daly and Penelope Ann Miller, and culminating in the protagonists drinking said vintage, was never going to amount to much.
