at the end does kate (jennifer grey) go back to will or stay with her boyfriend, cause u see her kissing will on the ship then kissing her boyfriend after then at the very end she kisses will again. im confused! but n e way i thought this was a greatttttttt movie, but then again im a sucker for n e thing with jennifer grey in it! :)

I have a couple questions about the Joe Heiser character played by Stellan Skarsgård. Were they trying to suggest that he was messing around with Abigail Weld. There is one scene during the final race right after they deployed the Whomper where he is coming out from the back with Abigail tucking his shirt in. ot sure if they were trying to suggest something was going on between them.
Also why did Joe say the Whomper was one of his inventions? He kind of turned on Kate Bass at the end.
