All these guys talk about is how they love to party and there isn't one scene in the film that actually show them partying, at least the way I define partying...

It's useless to argue about taste and even more useless to litigate it.

Well that in itself is pretty funny. They sound like poseurs to me. But let's be honest, they're a bunch of losers who still literally live in their parents' basements, so going on about how they party all the time when in fact they don't is rather fitting.

I think for Wayne and Garth, "partying on" is a state of mind more than a literal act. They go about their day to day lives with a cheerful enthusiasm and zest few people who actually "party" posses.

I don't recall "party on" as an expression except on "Wayne's World" skits on SNL, and then the movie. It all may have started with Wayne's World, and I think the SNL skits.

It was used in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" 3 years prior. Hell, it was even said by Abraham Lincoln. If that doesn't give the saying street cred, I don't know what does. lol

They did hang oug at "the gassy flame" place...also, if cruising in your Pacer listening to Queen or grabbing donuts & coffee isn't partying, then I dunno what is.

Well they all seem to go hang out at clubs and concerts. They headbang in the car. At least one of them seems intoxicated and partied out early. They may not drink all the time and do drugs but they are enjoying the party.
