Me too, I remember going to this in the theater and was not even 19 yet. I can't believe that much time has gone by as fast as it has.

It's insane that so much time has passed and so much has changed that watching this movie feels like a stark contrast from the present. You're right, it doesnt seem like that long ago. But my friend and I tripped out at some of the stuff that kids might not get today: The Clapper, Laverne & Shirley, T2

The 90s now feel as foreign to me as 70s did in the 90s

I saw Wayne's World a few minutes ago and I want to buy it too and it's a cool movie with lots of humor and surprises and it's no wonder why Wayne's World is such a important film of the 90's because of it's awesome storyline and Mike Myers and Dana Carvey are such a hip comedy team and it's no wonder why this film did so well in theaters. I also think why Wayne's World was successful was because of the use of Queen's song Bohemian Rhapsody after the death of Freddie Mercury in 1991 and it's because of Wayne's World that Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody was rereleased as a single in 1992 much like The Righteous Brothers hit Unchained Melody got rereleased as a single after it's airplay in the movie Ghost. But it sure showed that when you spin off a popular Saturday Night Live skit you can make a hit out of it
