Unfortunately the appearance of Bruce Campbell didn't sway my opinion of this horribly lame movie. This is in the 20 worst movies I've ever seen.

I agree, Bruce Campbell was awesome as always but this movie was laughably retarded. Its good for laughs and horribly goofy gore effects, but its just so stupid. Why is it lost in time anyway? Should be lost in dimensions (maybe that didn't have as good a ring but it shouldn't matter with this excuse for cheesy gore and nothing more).

I ran across this message of mine and I was surprised at how harsh it was. I now remember the film as still very stupid and retarded but also a stupid and retarded fun time. Its just a fun, silly little B-movie that falters really only when it tries to take itself even slightly serious in rare moments. Other than that its just stupid fun.

This is one of my favorite of Bruces small roles.

I love when the vinegar is thrown on him. His reaction is prcieless.

I have a trailer where that Bruce scene is in colour, but in the film it's in black & white. WTF?

I'm having trouble accessing it.

Thanks for telling me though.

When I click on the link, where do I go?

I'm guessing he was just saying he has the trailer on video and he was plugging his site, not that the trailer is on the site. I used to have the trailer on video too, and yes it was in colour - BUT I suspect the people who made it simply put a red-ish filter on top of the B&W footage to make it fit in with the rest of the trailer.

Bruce Campbell was 'the man' in this film.

He was the only good thing about this terrible film.

The black & white part with Bruce Campbell was the best and my favorite in this movie. He's the man

Campbell was a complete riot in this film.

He was very funny in his brief screen time.

What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!

reply

He was indeed. also, why is everyone calling this movie rubbish? Sure, it's mediocre, but it's a so-bad-it's-good film that is intentionally cheesy and doesn't take itself seriously. Besides, it had some funny parts asides from Bruce Campbell's awesome cameo. That's always a plus in my book.
