Walk On The Moon

There is a scene that was simply magic. It depicted the night, in 1969, when American astronauts first walked on the moon. Every rooftop was packed with families, either with or without telescopes, and many had portable television sets up there. It really brought back memories to those of us who witnessed that moment in history. This is such a beautifully photographed film.

Magic is the perfect description. That was my feeling also. And the Rachel Portman score in the background and the pan across the rooftops showing the kids with sparklers, the adults cheering in front of their TVs, and the car horns honking below hightened that magic feeling.
