Tommy Lee Jones is a the master of villains here, and he is a leading actor, why is he listed N° 17 in the cast on the Under Siege page?

I think IMDb puts the credits in the same order as they appear in the movie. I think they listed them in order of appearance. share

Sometimes it's like that, sometimes it's listed in order of appearance, sometimes alphabetical. I don't think there's any set rule; it's just however the director or producer wants it I guess. share
Keep en eye on Busey when he is not the prime interest in the foreground and you'll see him mugging it up to the maximum, pulling faces and generally trying to distract everyone around him. Such a clown, love the guy.

I liked much better Eric Bogosian and Everett McGill in Under Siege 2. More interesting characters as the villains. So interesting that it made it a better movie IMO.
