Does anyone know a North American source for this DVD? Is it available with region 1 or 0 coding?

Just bought one from rarelicenseddvds on ebay.
Good luck ! BTW I'm very happy with the quality of the DVD .

Region 1 is coming from Koch on 11/7/06 ... FINALLY.
