The 2 weird movies the boys watch in the RV??

Hi guys-

Just wondering if anyone knows what the 2 weird movies the boys were watching on the TV in the RV.....the first shot was of a guy in a chimpanzee costume holding his head, leaning forward and then launching like a rocket upwards, and in the second scene later they are watching a bizarre dance number with a cave woman leaping around while native americans gyrate about! I never found out what they were from.....does anyone know where those scenes came from??
