Film Roman Productions made this film. I think the film would have been much more better if it was made under Hanna Barbera Productions.

LOL Interesing that you said that...besides the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions creating Tom and jerry, "Robyn" looks like 1969-1982 Hanna-Barbera female type regardless of age [the "Charlotte's Web"/"Scooby" era school), in addition to the "All Dogs Go to Heaven"/"The Rescuers I" situation already mentioned here and on a YouTube video that someone posted about things the movie ripped off.) 9Robyn, though voiced by some child actress named Anndi McAfee--is she any way related to the McAfee computing anti-virus people)--for a while a go-to performer for some producers, Film Roman in particular at this particular time, sounds like she was trained by the immortal Janet Waldo, "Judy Jetson" & "Josie", but without the much older predecessor's flair (no personal insult.)
I refused to see that, of course, due to what this film was. No matter who was connected with it (and shame on MIRAMAX, -why couldn't MGM or TURNER release this--who was then doing "The Crow" and stuff even then, for releasing THIS!!)
Yeccch!
